Rumor of the Day!

Rumor of the Day: It's A Boy For Nicole & A Girl for Christina!

It was 2 days ago that we got confirmation on Nicole Richie's pregnancy,
and we still aren't 100% sure about Christina, but we're already hearing the first rumors about the sex of both babies. InTouch is reporting that Nicole and Joel will be welcoming a baby boy on December 30th, while Christina's baby girl is due on December 15th, according to a source at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where both mothers-to-be supposedly had their sonograms.

Now we know this is all total speculation, but you never know - remember how surprised we were to hear that Nicole was pregnant in the first place? I am still digesting the news.

Alba Pops Out in Drug Store

So simple, yet so perfect.

Jessica Alba hit up a drug store in Beverly Hills
yesterday, sporting a pair of comfy looking black jeans, black hat and a plain
white tank top.

Is it cold in there or is just Jess?

Say Cheese: Paris Makes Music

With her puppy in hand, a pair of size 11 flats and a smile as genuine as her appearance on "Larry King Live," Paris Hilton was snapped leaving a recording studio on Sunday. Lord have earplugs!

Despite the fact that her debut album tanked, the ex-con/heiress is insisting on releasing a follow-up CD. Stars are blind, deaf and dumb!

It's just that Paris faced the music, but having her record any more of it is cruel and unusual punishment!

Donatella Versace design: Spice Girls tour wardrobes

Donatella Versace to design the next Spice Girls tour wardrobes?
donatellaspicegirls.jpg

UPDATE: Versace publicists have denied this report by the
Daily Mirror. “Absolutely not true, they are just rumors,” said the
spokeswoman. What a shame... [source]

As the Spice Girls get ready for their long awaited reunion tour, fans across the
world (especially the three million who registered for tickets in just
three weeks) are wondering whether they still have the figures
for Union Jack minis and leopard print catsuits. Not to worry, as we've seen the
styles of the girl power quintet have changed dramatically over the years (can
you imagine Victoria Beckham in a pair of stacked platform thigh-high boots
now?) Just to prove how sophisticated they have become, Donatella Versace is
rumoured to be styling their comeback stage outfits... no, really!

With a wardrobe said to be in the region of £200,000, an insider for the
Daily Mirror shared that Donatella, "wanted the girls to retain their
band personas but in a much less obvious way than before."

This should mean no more nylon tracksuits for Mel C and Emma can save the
baby doll dresses for her own soon-to-be bubba. If the rumours are true then it
will be a step in the right direction from their press conference outfits which,
although individual, seemed under-styled and frumpy (Mrs Beckham excluded of
course).

Yay or Nay Wednesday: Jennifer Lopez

Yay or Nay Wednesday: Has Jenny from the Block gone too demure?

Last week we noticed a bit of a similarity between the way that Jada
Pinkett Smith and Victoria Beckham dressed at The Cruises' welcome party for the
Beckhams
in LA. This week, I'd like to know what you ladies
think about Jennifer Lopez's recent fashion choices...

jennifer_lopez.jpg

Jenny from the Block looks rather demure, doesn't she? I think
Jennifer Lopez makes excellent fashion choices, but these dresses - and her love
affair with Marchesa - just seem to strip her of her edge. Do you think she
looks lovely, and glam? Or do you think she's lost her street cred and looks too
"wifey"?

Post a comment and let us know what you think!

Runway to Red Carpet:

Runway to Red Carpet: Eva Longoria in Monique Lhuillier at 'El Cantante' premiere, LA

Those bib-style dresses are certainly making a splash right now and here is one star who is definitely wearing the trend well. Eva Longoria attended the El Cantante
premiere in LA overnight wearing this gorgeous grey bib-style frock by Monique
Lhuillier, which featured in her autumn/winter 2007 collection. Longoria keeps
the embellished waist belt (another hot trend) and adds a matching clutch and
detailed heels for effect. But it was her hunk of diamond wedding ring, which
stuck out like a sore thumb, that had everyone talking - bling-o-rama!

Liz Taylor Goes Hip-Hop

Hip-Hop Taylor!

They say a fashion trend is officially dead when your grandmother adopts the look.
Perhaps hip-hop is finally dead ... but not 75-year-old Liz Taylor! Yo!

The original train wreck and bling blinger, Dame Elizabeth Taylor, was seen lumbering down the stairs from a private jet returning from Hawaii, and the eight-times-married legend was wearing an Ed Hardy cap and enough gold chains and crucifixes to make even Fiddy jealous.

The purple-eyed icon needed some help down the steps, but walked down on her own power, managing not to break a hip, just be hip. Hip-hop is dead. Long live Liz!
